1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most unworn shoes.

To be eligible:

  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in the original shoe box and packaging
  • Must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Shoes that show visible signs of wear (creases, dirt, scuffing) or have damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?

  • Contact us on Instagram to start the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • We’ll ship the new item once the original item is received and inspected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong pair:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We’ll replace the item depending on availability

4. Return/Exchange Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

5. Discretion of the Brand:

  • The brand reserves the right to make final decisions on refunds and replacements based on the outcome of the investigation.
